During the check out, I forgot a new pants in the room, but the staff completely denied finding anything., I gave 4 in the rating because of this.they are charging extra for the Kuymak; and it was not that good. ( doesn't worth it )

Cleanliness

Staff are rude and not welcoming, specially receptionist hussein ( angry attitude and rude, delaying check in and check out and gave us card with angry face and even not explaining location of room, wifi, restaurant nothing )

It was my second time , experience was amazing , staff were friendly Esra, alper , mohammet thank you so much Location is good close from airport and not too far from medan.

Everything is excellent. Furniture, Decoration , food. Amazing place.

The cleanliness was impressive. The food was delicious, and the safety measures were outstanding.

The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism in their work environment. However, flexibility is essential to ensure a comfortable experience for visitors from outside the country. For instance, we waited over two hours in the lobby because our check-in was at 2 PM, we arrived at the hotel at 11 AM.Additionally, while English is important, enhancing communication in other languages could also be an area for improvement.

The hotel is expensive, you expect a service that eorth the cost, I was disappointed, the room was not clean, I had to call reception to clean the room, there were issues with the lavatory, big disappintment!

I did not like the way the staff at the reception and the hotel restaurant treated me roughly.

The breakfast menu variety was good.

Not even a plastic cup for rinsing my mouth after brushing my teeth. When I asked for a glass, they brought me a paper cup which they did not change. Mug cup not cleaned.

The staff were not nice the delay my check in for 1:30min I ask them to clean the room and didn’t do it everything i ask they just say ok and do nothing (bad in English)

the hotel is so nice especially the lobby . It is clean but the rugs are bit dated. the staff is friendly.

The bed is uncomfortable to sleep on, it is hard and sound of air plain.

Everything in the hotel is beautiful, Especially the lady Ozgr Very cooperative and a high creative.all The receptionists are generally excellent. I lived 5 days ago and this is the second time for another 5 days and will com back again.

The bed area is smaller than the king size.Payment in dollars or euros must be accepted

The hotel provided excellent service including the staff at reception Mr Mehmet was excellent to upgrade my room. The breakfast was marvellous.
